For established residential plumbing companies

Turn old plumbing estimates into booked jobs

You already paid to create the estimate. RebootQuote follows up with homeowners whose larger plumbing estimates went quiet, under messaging your company approves. Your office receives the interested homeowners and controls the calendar—no CRM change and no sales call required.

Founding Pilot pricing: $199 setup + $50 per qualified booked appointment. Pricing may change for later customers; terms agreed with current applicants stand. No card is collected on this site. Results are not guaranteed.

  • Works off a CSV export — no CRM change
  • First-party customers only, never bought lists
  • Email only, no SMS required for the pilot

What it is

A done-for-you email campaign run on the customer list your company already owns — unsold estimates, ageing water heaters, repeat drain problems, long-dormant customers.

Who it's for

Established residential plumbing companies with a few hundred or more past customers or older unsold estimates on file. Any CRM, or none.

What it costs

Founding Pilot pricing: $199 one-time setup, then $50 per qualified booked appointment — a reply from your own list that asks to schedule and that your office puts on the calendar. Duplicates, out-of-area, spam and appointments you decline are never billed.

What it doesn't promise

No guaranteed appointments, revenue, or return. Every number in the demo and calculator is illustrative sample data, not a forecast.

How it works

Four steps. The only one that needs your time is the last one.

1 · Export your list, keep your CRM

You export a customer and unsold-estimate list from whatever you already run — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, QuickBooks, or a spreadsheet. No integration project, no switching software, no access to your system required.

2 · We find the revenue that's already there

We sort the list into the opportunities that actually convert: quoted jobs that were never scheduled, water heaters past their service life, drains that have backed up before, and long-dormant customers. Anyone who unsubscribed or complained is suppressed before anything goes out.

3 · We write and send the follow-up for you

Done-for-you email sequences in your company's voice, sent from your brand to your own past customers. Every reply is read and sorted — hot, warm, not now, unsubscribe — so your office only sees the ones worth a phone call.

4 · You book the work

Qualified replies land in a simple list with the job, the customer history, and an estimated value. You book them into your existing schedule, in your existing CRM.

What we look for in your list

Same customers, sorted by the reason they'd say yes. Each group gets its own message and its own stopping point.

Lost estimate

Quoted work that was never scheduled. Highest intent — they already invited you into the home.

Water-heater lifecycle

Tank installs approaching or past typical service life. Timed maintenance and replacement conversations.

Drain / sewer follow-up

Prior clearing or camera work where recurrence is common. Scheduled check-in and preventative options.

General dormant customer

Past customers with no activity in 18+ months and no specific lifecycle trigger.

Recent customer / review + referral

Serviced in the last 90 days. Ask for a review and a neighbour referral, not a sale.

Do not contact

Never contacted

Unsubscribed, complained, or flagged in your notes. Permanently suppressed from every campaign.

Why owners trust it

This is the boring, defensible version of customer reactivation — deliberately.

CRM-independent

Works off a CSV export. Nothing to install, nothing to connect, no permissions to hand over.

First-party only

We only ever contact people already in your customer file. No purchased lists, no scraped emails, no cold outreach.

Email only for the pilot

No SMS required to run a pilot. Email is simpler to keep compliant and easier to prove out.

Done for you

You are not being handed another dashboard to run. We do the segmenting, writing, sending, and reply triage.

What we will not do

  • · Buy, rent, scrape, or append contact lists.
  • · Email anyone who unsubscribed, complained, or is flagged in your notes.
  • · Require SMS to run your pilot.
  • · Promise you a number of jobs, a revenue figure, or a return.
  • · Make medical, legal, safety, or guaranteed-income claims in your name.

Want to see it running before you commit?

The live demo walks a fictional plumbing company through import, segmentation, campaign drafts, replies, booked jobs, and the pilot maths — using sample data only.

Start a pilot

Tell us what you run and roughly how many past customers are on file. We reply in writing — normally within one business day — with what your export needs to contain and what the first 30 days would look like. Nothing to book, no call to sit through.

  • Founding Pilot pricing: $199 setup, then $50 per qualified booked appointment — nothing else.
  • Pricing may change for future customers; the terms you start on are the terms for your pilot.
  • No card is collected on this site and no payment is taken here.
  • This form asks for your business details only — no customer names, emails, or job history.
  • One export from your existing software, sent through a secure link only after you accept the pilot terms.
  • You approve every message before anything is sent.

RebootQuote does not guarantee appointments, revenue, or any return. Every figure in the demo and calculator is illustrative sample data.

Your business details only. This form asks about your company — not your customers. Do not send customer names, emails, addresses, or job history here. If your pilot is accepted, we send you an export checklist and a secure upload link, and customer data is only transferred at that point.

We work only with contact lists you already own. Results vary by list size, list quality and market — outcomes are not guaranteed.
